We try to work four 10-hour days (Mon–Thurs) so you can enjoy every Friday OFF. That means more lake time, more friends time, more fun.

This job is great for students who like hands-on work, enjoy being outdoors, or want experience that looks great on a résumé.

🌼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help with projects like:

• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees

• Moving and spreading rock or mulch

• Building patios with pavers

• Putting greenhouses together

• Assembling Pergolas

• Helping keep job sites clean and safe

You’ll learn real-world skills, use tools and equipment, and work as part of a fun, supportive team.

🌱 What the Work Is Like

• Active, physical work—you’ll be lifting, walking, bending, and working with your hands

• Lots of time outdoors in different weather

• Some longer days during busy times

• Drug-free workplace

✔ What You Need

• A valid driver’s license

• Positive attitude and respectful language

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Problem-solving skills

• Landscaping experience is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train you!​

💰 Pay & Job Details

• Seasonal Full-Time or Part-Time

• $18.00 – $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience

• Four 10‑hour days—with Fridays OFF all summer!​
